Any user of the site declares that they have the legal capacity to place an order and use the chosen payment method.
By purchasing on the site, the consumer confirms his/her knowledge and acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force on the date the order is placed. They will then be binding on him/her in accordance with Article 1119
of the civil code.
This document is subject to the laws applicable in France and aims to comply with these necessary regulations.

Product prices are shown in euros for France and in pounds sterling for the United Kingdom.
''N'Fabi's Wardrobe'' reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the rate in effect at the time of validation of the order and subject to availability.
The products remain the property of the micro-enterprise '' N'Fabi's Wardrobe'' until full payment of the price.
Please note: as soon as you take physical possession of the products ordered, you are solely responsible for the risks of loss or damage to the products.

Article 3 – Orders

You can place your order by detailing the chosen terms at the website address www.nfabiswardrobe.com, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed at the latest at the time of validation of your order.

Article 4 - Validation of your order

Any order placed on the site implies acceptance of these General Conditions. Any order confirmation implies your full acceptance of these general conditions of sale, without exception or reservation.
All data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction.

Article 9 – Delivery

In the event of a shipping delay, an email will be sent to you to inform you of any possible impact on the delivery time indicated to you.
The delivery time indicated when registering the order is given for information purposes only and is in no way guaranteed.
In accordance with legal provisions, in the event of a delay in delivery, you have the option of canceling the order under the terms and conditions defined in article L 138-2 of the Consumer Code.
Delivery is made via the delivery platforms as mentioned on the site, at a relay point such as Mondial Relay or Relais Colis and with UPS via a UPS Access Point for deliveries to the United Kingdom.

Article 10 - Right of withdrawal

• If for any reason the customer is not completely satisfied with his purchase
Return requests must be made within 6 business days of receiving the item. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging, unused. Upon receipt of the package, ''N'Fabi's Wardrobe'' will judge the condition of the returned item.
No returns will be accepted if the returned products have been used or damaged by the consumer and such use or damage renders the product(s) unfit for sale.
Refunds do not apply to the following products or conditions:
• Item returned late
• Returned item that is no longer in its original condition or has been damaged
deteriorations.

''N'Fabi's Wardrobe'' reserves the right not to refund the item if it does not meet the criteria stated above.
If the return is refused, the product(s) will then be returned to the buyer at our expense without the customer being able to demand a right to a refund.
During the return process, the shipping costs will remain, as mentioned above, the responsibility of the consumer.
The refund method will always be a refund. We do not offer exchanges.
The consumer must keep proof of deposit of the package. In the event of loss of the package, no refund will be made without this proof of deposit.
The refund will be made within 14 days from receipt of the products returned by the consumer under the conditions provided above.

Article 12 - Applicable law in the event of disputes

The language of this contract is French. These conditions of sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

Article 13 - Force majeure

The liability of the micro-enterprise '' N'Fabi's Wardrobe'' cannot be implemented if the non-execution or delay in the execution of one of its obligations described in these general conditions of sale results from a case of force majeure. As such, force majeure means any external, unforeseeable and irresistible event within the meaning of article 1148 of the Civil Code.

The micro-enterprise '' N'Fabi's Wardrobe'' reserves the right to collect personal information and data about you. They are necessary for the management of your order, as well as for the improvement of the services and information that we send you.
They may also be transmitted to companies that contribute to these relationships, such as those responsible for the execution of services and orders for their management, execution, processing and payment.

Article 15- Archiving Proof

''N'Fabi's Wardrobe'' will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of Article 1348 of the Civil Code.
