Delivery and return policy
Delivery
The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process, within the time indicated on the order validation page.
In the event of a shipping delay, an email will be sent to you to inform you of any possible impact on the delivery time indicated to you.
The delivery time indicated when registering the order is given for information purposes only and is in no way guaranteed.
In accordance with legal provisions, in the event of a delay in delivery, you have the option of canceling the order under the terms and conditions defined in article L 138-2 of the Consumer Code.
Delivery is made via the delivery platforms as mentioned in the “Delivery” section on the home page of the site, at a relay point such as Mondial Relay or Relais Colis and via a UPS Access Point for orders shipped to the United Kingdom.
Consequently, any delay not exceeding the delivery time of the products may not give rise to the buyer's benefit:
• the allocation of damages
• cancellation of the order
When you make a purchase on the Site, you agree and acknowledge to provide a valid email and shipping address for the order.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay a penalty.
Returns must be made in their original condition and packaging. In this context, you are liable. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to invalidate the right of withdrawal.
Return costs are your responsibility.
Refund
The micro-enterprise '' N'Fabi's Wardrobe'' accepts reimbursement requests:
• If the size does not fit or
• If for any reason the customer is not completely satisfied with his purchase
Return requests must be made within 6 business days of receipt of the item. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging, unused. Upon receipt of the package, the micro-enterprise '' N'Fabi's Wardrobe '' will judge the condition of the returned item. No returns will be accepted if the returned products have been used or damaged by the consumer and this use or damage renders the product(s) unfit for sale.
Refunds do not apply to the following products or conditions:
• Item returned late
• Returned item that is no longer in its original condition or has been damaged
deteriorations
''N'Fabi's Wardrobe'' reserves the right not to refund the item if it does not meet the criteria stated above.
If the return is refused, the product(s) will then be returned to the buyer at our expense without the customer being able to demand a right to a refund.
During the return process, the shipping costs will remain, as mentioned above, the responsibility of the consumer.
The refund method will always be a refund. The site does not offer exchanges.
The consumer must keep proof of deposit of the package. In the event of loss of the package, no refund will be made without this proof of deposit.
The refund will be made within 14 days from receipt of the products returned by the consumer under the conditions provided above.
